About SAUNA & Ice bath
Your true self care moment.
Move between the deep warmth of the sauna and the sharp clarity of the ice bath. It's your solo ritual for renewal — quiet, bold, and deeply balancing.
The sauna runs at 90–95°C. The ice bath stays cool at 5-7 degrees.
New to hot cold exposure? You can find our Ice Bath and Sauna Guidelines on the sauna door in the garden — or just ask our hosts, we'll be happy to guide you. Stay safe!
Please bring swimwear, a towel, and flip-flops. Have fun!
