Cancellation policies are determined by the venue or coach you book through Matchable. Please review the specific venue or coach's cancellation policy before making a booking. Matchable is not responsible for cancellations or refunds.
Liability
Matchable acts solely as a platform to facilitate bookings between users and coaches or venues. We are not responsible for the actions, behavior, or information provided by coaches or venues listed on our platform. Matchable disclaims all liability for any disputes, issues, or conflicts arising between users and coaches or venues.
Data Collection
Matchable collects only the data necessary for the booking process. We respect your privacy and adhere to our Privacy Policy, which details our data collection and usage practices.
Refunds
Refunds are subject to the policies and procedures of the individual venue or coach you booked through Matchable. Matchable is not involved in the refund process and does not process refunds on behalf of venues or coaches.
User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for providing accurate information during the booking process and complying with the policies and rules of the coach or venue. Users should also behave in a respectful and responsible manner when using Matchable.
Content and Reviews
Users may post reviews and other content on Matchable. By doing so, you grant Matchable a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, and perpetual license to use, display, and reproduce your content.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes or conflicts arising from the use of Matchable should be resolved directly between the user and the coach or venue involved. Matchable is not responsible for mediating or resolving disputes.
Intellectual Property
All content on Matchable, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is protected by intellectual property rights. Users may not use Matchable's content for commercial purposes without prior consent.
