Adrián Torres Montero is the founder and CEO of VEST Padel Academy, a professional padel training organisation based in Spain that combines structured coaching with international-level development pathways. He holds formal training credentials and has competed at a high level, including ranking among the top players in the Valencian region and competing within Spanish professional circuits. During his playing career, Adrián represented brands such as Kelme Pádel and has experience both on court and in player development roles.

Adrián studied Physical Activity and Sports Sciences at the University of Valencia and is certified as a padel instructor by the Valencian Padel Federation. His coaching philosophy emphasises technical and tactical mastery, mental resilience, and long-term progression.

Under his leadership, VEST Padel has developed tailored programs for players of all levels, integrates holistic athlete development, and supports emerging talent through structured pathways and scholarship initiatives.
