I discovered Yoga and Pilates after seven years of ballet, and to my surprise, I found a discipline that works with the body, not against it. My classes are a blend of mindful movement, precise alignment, and a constant invitation to treat ourselves with kindness throughout the practice.

Both yoga and Pilates can stir emotions and release energetic blockages. I’m here to hold space for everything you experience, and you are here to allow yourself simply to be. Together, we will expand without judgment. Come as you are.
