Born in Amsterdam in 1964, from a Dutch mother and an Armenian father, I am influenced by both Western and Eastern ways of thinking. As a child of a family of doctors and artists I studied both Medicine and Psychology at the University of Amsterdam next to working in the creative world of television and photography. It build a strong basis for my life coaching work. Using a synergy of Western approaches with more holistic spiritual guidance derived from Tibetan Buddhism, I successfully run my private life coaching practice in the Netherlands since many years.
