Born in Amsterdam in 1964, from a Dutch mother and an Armenian father, I am influenced by both Western and Eastern ways of thinking. As a child of a family of doctors and artists I studied both Medicine and Psychology at the University of Amsterdam next to working in the creative world of television and photography. It build a strong basis for my life coaching work. Using a synergy of Western approaches with more holistic spiritual guidance derived from Tibetan Buddhism, I successfully run my private life coaching practice in the Netherlands since many years.

In Amsterdam, my practice in the old south near the Vondelpark, is easy to reach from the A10 and by public transport. There is always a parking place and private access. In the private environment of my house in Ibiza I give one-to-one sessions for locals and visitors. Regularly I organise private retreats in my villa.

This retreat is for two people who share an important connection and want to explore it with more awareness and honesty.

This can be: romantic partners, friends, siblings, parent and adult child, business partners or any meaningful relationship. You are also welcome to come alone if you feel called to the retreat. Please note that the price remains the same as the couple rate.

It is also possible to come with someone who accompanies you but does not participate in the retreat program. They are welcome to stay at the hotel and enjoy Ibiza while the sessions take place.
