MEET ESTRELLA

The newest edition to the Star Trainer squat: Estrella! And yes, her name actually means star in Spanish. This 30-year-old go-getter from Rotterdam made some waves when she was younger. She won the Dutch championship in the 50-metre breaststroke. Quite impressive, right?

Who inspires you the most?
My dad! At 81 years old, he's still looking fabulous. Just like me, he used to play top sports, and I hope that when I'm in my eighties, I'll look as fit and good as him!
