About Estrella
MEET ESTRELLA
The newest edition to the Star Trainer squat: Estrella! And yes, her name actually means star in Spanish. This 30-year-old go-getter from Rotterdam made some waves when she was younger. She won the Dutch championship in the 50-metre breaststroke. Quite impressive, right?
What to expect?
An energetic, tough HIIT workout with epic music. I’ll make sure you will cross the line and leave the class feeling satisfied. Promised.
Who inspires you the most?
My dad! At 81 years old, he's still looking fabulous. Just like me, he used to play top sports, and I hope that when I'm in my eighties, I'll look as fit and good as him!
Describe yourself in a few words?
Positive, social butterfly & a determined go-getter!
