I am a certified barre professional with a background in gymnastics having competed all over Europe representing Ireland.

In my classes you can expect a focus on good form and good fun!! I build the best playlists to keep us motivated and sequences to challenge both beginner and more advanced levels.

My favourite part of what I do is seeing clients come back time and again, witnessing their self confidence and connections with others in class grow.
