I'm Jorge Mario Martinez, Coach, Executive of Operations at Taktika Padel and Site Manager at both Fairmont Grand Del Mar and Barnes Tennis Center in San Diego. With a deep passion for growing the sport, I oversee the day-to-day operations of two of the most exciting padel venues in California.

I'm a certified padel coach through both PadelMBA and the Paquito Navarro Academy, and I bring that training into every aspect of my work—whether it’s managing facilities, supporting players, or creating a top-tier padel experience for our community.

My goal is to help make padel accessible, professional, and inspiring for everyone who steps on court.
