Introducing Merel: the quirky, energetic and down-to-earth Star Trainer at Saints & Stars! At 23 years old, Merel brings an infectious enthusiasm to every class. Originally from Twente, she has been living in Amsterdam for four years and has quickly made a name for herself in the fitness community.

What to expect from your class? Energy, happy vibes, continuous improvement, giving it your all, and great music!

Reason to become a Star Trainer? Sport has always been my biggest hobby. My best friend once took me to Saints, and from that moment, I was hooked. Nothing made me happier than taking classes at Saints & Stars, and it was my dream to teach here myself. The people, the atmosphere, everything inspired me. I auditioned, had the best time ever during the academy, and now I've been teaching for almost a year.

Who inspires you the most? Everyone who pursues their own goals, does what makes them happy, and doesn’t care about others' opinions.
