Robert Kho

Robert knows firsthand what it takes to stay physically and mentally fit — juggling a demanding job, a passion for boxing, and two young kids. In 2020, he turned that experience into For I am Training & Coaching, helping busy people who feel they have "no time" to work out, from individuals and company fitness programs to parents with young children who want to train together as a family.
