Sophie Schinkel

Sophie Schinkel is a certified Pilates instructor and entrepreneur based in Amsterdam. She just opened her very own Pilates studio, Fe/male Fit House, in Amsterdam Schinkelbuurt. Before that, you could find her teaching at boutique studio The Confidence Concept. Sophie knows the industry inside out, from both sides of the studio door, and now she’s bringing it all together under her own roof. Ready to roll out your mat? Book your class at Fe/male Fit House.
