I am so grateful to welcome you to Yogalates House, a dream in the making since 2015 when I discovered the magic of yoga for the first time. As a teacher, I focus on cultivating inner peace, self-love, and gratitude while practicing asana (postures). In my classes you can expect a carefully curated playlist combined with a moving, meditative flow, designed to ground you into your body and bring you back into the present moment.
