01 | WAVE START | GYM 1 | Westerdoksdijk 425

– Workout 1 (Time cap: 20 min) – Followed by ~2 mile run. Your Wave, Your Race | 10 athletes every 20 minutes. No queues, no crowds. Pure execution from the first second.

02 | RUN | ~2 Miles Through Amsterdam

City streets as your warm-up track. Run to the first gym and feel the city under your feet.

03 | GYM 2 | Kerkstraat 303a

– Workout 2 (Time cap: 30 min) – Followed by ~2 mile run. A Beyond Personal Training -programmed strength and conditioning circuit. Coaches on the floor, intensity dialed up.
