UNA Pilates is built on a simple idea: Pilates is more than Reformer. Most studios stop at one machine. We don’t.
At UNA, we integrate multiple Pilates apparatus into our classes. Reformer, Tower, Combo Chair, and Mat come together in focused group sessions of up to 7 people, allowing personal attention while moving as one.
The name UNA reflects unity and intention, where different pieces of equipment, methods, and movements connect seamlessly.
