YogaZentrum Nada is a place, where you can learn, relax, connect and deepen your practise. A yoga- and massage studio where you can find peace through effort and relaxation. Where connection is central; connection with each other, but also in yourself between body and mind. We want to inspire, amaze, challenge people, but also make them listen carefully to their own body. Yoga is a place for us where we feel at home. We want to share that feeling. Together we learn to be stronger in our own strength. Everything you need, you already have within yourself.
