Stefan is an experienced physiotherapist since 2014, specializing in active rehabilitation, electrostimulation (RSQ1), and Dryneedling to address issues like muscle strains, headaches, and knee pain.

In 2019, he started his company (StefanPT) and expanded his services to include personal training, helping clients transition from physiotherapy to ongoing fitness under expert supervision.

Based in Amsterdam, he has also worked with sports teams, including Flevo Boys, DVVA, the Dutch U15 soccer girls, Amsterdam Crusaders, various CrossFit and hyrox locations and for XNRGY Club with padel.

Stefan combines his expertise with a passion for supporting clients in recovery and performance optimization.
