In 2019, he started his company (StefanPT & in 2024 MindYourBodyPT) and expanded his services to include personal training, helping clients transition from physiotherapy to ongoing healthy aging under expert supervision.

Based in Amsterdam, he has also worked with sports teams, including Flevo Boys, DVVA, the Dutch U15 soccer girls, Amsterdam Crusaders, various CrossFit and hyrox locations and for XNRGY Club with padel.

I've had a couple of sessions with Stefan and I would really recommend him. He has a lot of knowledge, empathy and he takes his time to address your issues. Five stars!

Had al paar maanden last van knie en elleboog. Nu een paar sessies bij Stefan gehad maar gaat al stukken beter !! Erg fijn
